1. General Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to your use of the 1 bd platform (website and mobile app). Your relationship with 1 bd is a contractual one, and these terms form the foundation of that contract.

• 1 bd is an online gaming and betting platform operating under an international gaming licence.
• By accessing this platform, you confirm that you have read and fully agree to these terms.
• 1 bd reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any changes via email or in-app notification.
• 1 bd complies with the laws of Bangladesh and international gaming regulations.
• These terms are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any discrepancy, the English version will prevail.

2. Account & Registration

Registration with 1 bd requires meeting certain conditions. These requirements are in place to keep everyone safe.

• Age requirement: No one under the age of 18 may open an account with 1 bd. Proof of age documents must be provided upon request.
• Single Account Only: Each person may hold only one account. If two accounts are found under the same individual, both may be suspended.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate details such as your name, mobile number, and date of birth. Knowingly submitting false information is a violation of these terms.
• Password Security: You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. Any losses resulting from sharing it with others are your own responsibility.
• Account transfer: Selling or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

4. Bonuses & Promotions

1 bd's bonus offers are designed exclusively for members. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should review before claiming.

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 15x to 30x. This means if you receive a ৳500 bonus, you will need to wager between ৳7,500 and ৳15,000 before making a withdrawal.
• One bonus at a time: Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time. Complete one before activating the next.
• Duration: Every bonus has an expiry date. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period ends.
• Bonus Abuse: Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts or using opposing bets to meet wagering requirements is strictly prohibited. Bonuses will be voided in such cases.
• Right to modify: 1 bd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

All games and betting activities on 1 bd are conducted fairly and transparently. Game outcomes are determined by RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and are verified by independent third parties.

• Minimum Bet: The minimum bet in most games is ৳10. Different limits may apply to specific games.
• RTP Information: The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each slot and game is listed in the game description.
• Live betting: In-play betting odds change in real time. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be modified.
• Technical errors: If a server or network issue affects the outcome of a round, that round will be voided and the wagered amount will be refunded.

7. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: You can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; increasing one requires a 24-hour waiting period.
• Self-exclusion: You can exclude yourself from the platform for anywhere between 30 days and 5 years. Your account will be inaccessible for the entire duration.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods
• Money laundering or any other illegal financial activity
• Demeaning or harassing other members
• Operating an account on behalf of a person under 18

If any of the above activities are proven, the account will be permanently closed and the account balance may be forfeited. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

10. Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time. 1 bd also reserves the right to close accounts under certain circumstances.

• Voluntary closure: Contact support to request account closure. Any remaining balance will be returned to you.
• Closure by 1 BD: 1 bd may close an account due to a breach of terms, fraudulent activity, or security risks.
• Inactive Accounts: An account may be deactivated after 12 months of inactivity. Any remaining balance will be retained.

11. Limitation of Liability

1 bd is not liable for the following:

• If a game is interrupted due to internet connectivity or device issues,
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment systems
• If your password or account credentials are compromised
• Unexpected technical errors beyond our control

That said, 1 bd always strives to resolve any issues promptly and to compensate members fairly.
